Description
Winners Rag is based on the well known Scott Joplin Rag, The Easy Winners. In this arrangement for three pedal harps, Harps 1 and 2 share the melody, while Harp 3 keeps the rhythm going. There are knocks on the sounding board, fun rhythmic patterns, chromatics, and a key change from C to G. Performance time for Winners Rag is about three minutes. This rag is available in another version for three harps; see Two Joplin Rags.
The arrangement comes with separate copies for First Harp, Second Harp, and Third Harp and an Ensemble Copy showing the three parts together.
