Description
Moonlight comes from the first movement of Ludwig van Beethoven’s famous Piano Sonata No. 14. The nickname, Moonlight, became popular after Beethoven’s death, when a music critic wrote that the first movement sounded like “moonlight shining on Lake Lucerne.” The beautiful melody and constant arpeggios translate into a lovely harp trio. Performance time for Moonlight is about five minutes.
The arrangement comes with separate copies for First Harp, Second Harp, and Third Harp and an Ensemble Copy showing the three parts together.
