Description
In this arrangement, Harp 1 and Harp 2 are easiest played on pedal harp. Harp 3 and Harp 4 can be played on lever harp as well as pedal harp. There are two key changes and ample time given for lever or pedal changes. There is some unison playing between Harp 1 and Harp 2, and the famous folk melody is shared between the harp parts and presented three times. This melody is also available in Morning and Evening for Two Harps Together. Performance time for Morning Has Broken is four minutes.
The arrangement comes with separate copies for First Harp, Second Harp, Third Harp, and Fourth Harp and an Ensemble Copy showing the four parts together.
