Description
The hymn, Faith of Our Fathers, was first published in 1849. The original words and music for this beloved hymn were written to honor martyrs who died for their faith. Now the words and music remind us to be true to our family convictions. Harp 1 is best played on a pedal harp, because there are several chromatic changes, and there is a prepared glissando between the key change. Harp 2 can be played on a lever harp with several lever changes as needed, or a pedal harp. The performance time for Faith of Our Fathers is about three and a half minutes.
