Description
In this Classic Period song, intricate melodies by Haydn are intertwined to make a beautiful serenade. Written in the Key of F, Harp 1 is easier to play on a pedal harp with several chromatic changes. Harp 2 can be played on a lever harp as well as a pedal harp; there is time given to change a lever or a pedal to a B-Natural and an E-flat and back. The performance time for Evening Serenade is about four minutes. This piece is also available in Four Harps Together, with the title Serenade for Evening.
The arrangement comes with separate copies for First Harp and Second Harp and an Ensemble Copy showing the two parts together.
