Description
In this arrangement of a beautiful French waltz , Harps 1, 2, and 3 are best played on a pedal harp, while Harp 4 can be played on a lever harp tuned in E-flat or a pedal harp. There are several times when levers or pedals need to be moved for key changes in Harp 4, and ample time is given. The four harp parts are mostly equal in difficulty and technical requirements. The composer, Alfred Margis, was a French pianist and composer who died in 1913. His waltz is very well known in France. and has been used in Films. Performance time for Valse Bleue is six minutes.
The arrangement comes with separate copies for First Harp, Second Harp, Third Harp, and Fourth Harp and an Ensemble Copy showing the four parts together.
