Description
In this lovely arrangement Harp 1 and Harp 2 share the melody and harmony and are best played on pedal harps. Harp 3 and Harp 4 share a triplet accompaniment pattern and can be played on lever harps as well as pedal harps. In the middle of the arrangement the melody alternates between the parts, with all four parts playing chords and octaves. The composer, Robert Schumann, is regarded as one of the greatest composers of the Romantic era. Performance time for To the Evening Star is three and a half minutes.
The arrangement comes with separate copies for First Harp, Second Harp, Third Harp, and Fourth Harp and an Ensemble Copy showing the four parts together.
