Description
This arrangement is called Timeless because it starts and ends with the famous children’s hymn, Jesus Loves Me, with music written by William B. Bradbury who died in 1868. The music for the four other children’s hymns are also written by composers who died a century ago: I love to tell the Story by William G. Fisher (1912), Brighten the Corner by Charles H. Gabriel (1932), Jesus Wants Me for a Sunbeam by E. O Excell (1921) and The Church in the Wildwood by Dr. William S. Pitts (1918). Each harp part takes a turn to play the melody as well as the interesting accompaniment patterns, and the music is enjoyable to hear and to play.
