Description
This happy medley of Swedish folk songs works for lever harps as well as pedal harps. In the Harp 1 part, there is a lever or pedal change. In the Harp 2 part, there is the opportunity to drum on the sounding board with the fingertips. In the Harp 3 part, several times the left hand slides vertically over the bass wires, from bottom to top with the flat of the hand, for a whistling effect. This arrangement is fun for the audience as well as the performers. The performance time for Swedish Memories is four and a half minutes.
The arrangement comes with separate copies for First Harp, Second Harp, and Third Harp and an Ensemble Copy showing the three parts together.
