This is a medley of four English folk songs, The Nightingale, When Love Is Kind, Pretty Polly Oliver, and When Cockleshells Turn Silverbells, and is arranged by Shari Pack for two lever harps or two pedal harps.
In this medley the four English traditional folk songs are played one after another. The F lever or F pedal is moved occasionally in both parts, as there are key changes from the Key of G to the Key of C and back. Old English Melodies takes about five minutes to perform.
The arrangement comes with separate copies for First Harp and Second Harp and an Ensemble Copy showing the two parts together.
