Description
In this arrangement of the musical description of the dawning of a new day, the melody begins softly in Harp 1 and then is repeated in Harp 2. As the dynamic level grows, the melody is played in octaves, and then Harp 1 plays a repeated descending arpeggio pattern while Harp 2 plays the melody. As the arrangement ends, we hear a soft echo of the beginning. The performance time for Morning Mood is about four minutes. This famous work is also available as Prelude for Morning in Four Harps Together.
The arrangement comes with separate copies for First Harp and Second Harp and an Ensemble Copy showing the two parts together.
