Description
In First Arabesque, Harp 1 requires a pedal harp, but Harp 2 can be played on a lever harp as well as a pedal harp, and the lever changes are clearly marked. The rhythmic two against three sections are divided between the two harps, with one harp playing the duple pattern and the other harp playing the triplets. Performance time for First Arabesque is about five and a half minutes.
The arrangement comes with separate copies for First Harp and Second Harp and an Ensemble Copy showing the two parts together.
