Description
Eleanor’s Dream is an original composition for two harps. Harp 1 can be played by a lever harp, if the lever harp has the base tuning of one flat when all the levers are down (Key or F), or three flats when all the levers are down (Key of E-flat). Harp 2 is written for a pedal harp, and there are several pedal changes in the part. Harp 1 has no pedal or lever changes; once the original levers or pedals are set for the chordal glissandos, no changes are necessary. Both parts play melody and glissandos as they describe musically, happy and peaceful dreams. The composition takes about 5 minutes to play.
The arrangement comes with separate copies for First Harp and Second Harp and an Ensemble Copy showing the two parts together.
