Description
The English composer, Thomas Arne, who died in 1786, wrote this delightful song for London’s pleasure gardens. In this arrangement there are measures with triplets and fermatas that make this piece enjoyable to hear and to play, but sometimes a fun challenge to count. Written in the Key of G, there are no lever or pedal changes in either part. The performance time for Delicate Air is about three and a half minutes.
The arrangement comes with separate copies for First Harp and Second Harp and an Ensemble Copy showing the two parts together.
