Description
In this arrangement Harps 1 and 2 are best played on pedal harps, with pedal changes in each part. Harp 3 can be played on a lever harp as well as a pedal harp, with ample time given to make chromatic changes. There are different rhythmical patterns which present a fun challenge. Written in 3/4 time with a slower tempo, the eighth notes begin as two in the beat, and then become triplets. Harp 1 also has sixteenth note patterns. Performance time for Andante or Afternoon Walk is about three and a half minutes.
The arrangement comes with separate copies for First Harp, Second Harp, and Third Harp and an Ensemble Copy showing the three parts together.
